What you are talking about is perfect or absolute pitch. You can get it by:
1. Listening to an A on a tuning fork. Do this very often, so that if anybody asks you for an A, you can sing it from memory.
2. Learn how to recognise other notes from the A that you remember. If you hear a note that is a fifth above the A in your head, it must be an E.

there is no real way of training perfect pitch you just learn it over time it's much more useful to be able to tune to ear anyway and you don't need perfect pitch for that you've just got to hear the fighting between the two notes
