does anyone have any idea on how to increase the volume on the flute for the low registers?

you need to use lots and lots and lots of air. And work on the angle of the air stream.

well you just have to face the fact that you can't go anywhere much with your low notes as the flute was designed to be like that. But like Steven says you can of course improve your dynamics on low notes by practising, but don't expect too much.

You could try opening your throat more. And plenty of air support of course.
