Does anyone know the fingering for high A? This would be the one on the 5th space above the staff (the really high one), not the one on the first line.

Try this:

Take a normal high Ab fingering:

B
(I) 0 - 3 | - 2 3 (The B is the low B key; (I) is the first octave key.)

and add the right hand Ab(G#) key and the right hand Eb key:
B
(I) 0 - 3 | - 2 3 Eb
Ab

You're going to have to swallow the reed to get this to come out, and blow really hard. Even then I find this note a lot more squirrely than the high Ab. If you have a third octave key, you could try using that in addition to the first octave key to see if it helps.
