A double trill can be two things:

1) It is the trilling of more than one pitch at the same time using multiphonics--basically a multiphonic trill.

2) It is using two fingers to produce the same trill. Ex. Alternating use of the right and left hand Eb keys to produce a trill from D-Eb. This (in theory) produces a double-fast trill, and so is called a double trill.
