 Flute Multiphonic

I'm a composer who needs some help on multiphonics for the flute. The example I cannot find is the most common multiphonic for the flute (I believe), the major-ninth; or 'c' above middle-c, to the 'd' two octaves above middle-c.
Does anyone know the notation for this? Even just the fingering would help me out a lot.
