I'm not really certain and clear about your question but are you trying to talk about the kinds of tone or special effects they produce? Sax players have a variety of different mounthpieces so they can play a lot of styles of tones. Different people have different tones. The embouchure is also an important factor in which how they play in terms of tone and special articulation technics.

What i mean is , is it possible to produce the same sound with my sax i play on a yanagisawa mp: Meyer #6 (middle chamber) and Vandoren nr6 reeds

My teacher told me my mouthpiece is a jazzmp is this true?
The only thing i can produce so far is the classic tone of jazz not the yelling and other stuff.
