my c-d trill(middle octave) sounds disgusting?
any ways to improve or are ther any alternate fingerings for it?

The only trill fingering are that you finger a C(1 &1 on both hands) and trill by using either the right hand or left hand d key. If you look to the left of this website there if a part that says software and it has a computer program that can be downloaded for free and it shows many fingerings and also plays the pitch and comments on what to do.

Hi. Yes the D trill key can be used, but unfortunately there really is no way to make the trill sound natural. You just have to keep your air pressure high to make the notes transition from one to the other as smoothly and as well in tune as possible.
This is not the only trill fingering however. Depending of course on how the trill is incorporated into the music, you can also use the low C fingering but with a half-hole to alternate back and forth between the half-hole D. This doesn't sound very natural either, but sometimes works better.

If you ever have an occasion to trill from C to C# in the middle register, you might try alternating between:
1--|1-- and ---|1--
This works a lot better than the alternate trill fingering or even the C# trill key fingerings they have listed on this site.
