I need help with trills. I know how to do the single note trills but how do i play a double-note trill? the trills i need to play are 2 slurred notes that are also trilled. the notes are also different. how would i play that? someone help!!

Trill the first note for its printed duration and then without stopping slur right to the next note and trill it for its printed duration.

also, for a f to d flat trill, would i go from an f to a e, and then slur it to d flat, and go from d flat to e flat?

Are you talking about an f with a trill sign (tr) over it followed by a d flat with a trill sign over it?
What note you play with the f depends on what key you are in. If the E is flattened in the key signature, then you would play an E flat, not an E with the F. Similarly for the D flat.

Wait a minute, a note with a trill sign over it is trilled to the note above it in the scale not the note below it.
So an F with a trill sign over it is trilled as F to G or F to Gb depending on key signature. Note this can be modified depending on what other notations are with the trill sign.
Similarly a Db would be trilled to an Eb most likely since a key signature with a Db would also have an Eb in it. Again this can be modified depending on other notations with the trill sign.

I think you have a split flute part, so one player would play the bottom, and the other, the top.
