I can't seem to find a good site to show me these Altisimo fingerings, the highest i've gotten is high F#

this is a very good place, with big, easy-to-understand drawings of common altissimo fingers. Also, it comes with a quick tutorial on how to get these notes. Good luck, and happy playing!

dont bother with most sites and their altissimo fingerings. Most of them you will have to come up with on your own because there are literally so many that many will not work. Are you on alto, tenor, etc, what horn do you play, what mouthpiece?
Personally, im going to get a series 3 alto soon, but this is all on a yas-23 with a jodyjazz 7 mouthpiece, 2.5 java reeds.
G: Front aux F, RH1, side Bb
G#: LH1, LH2, LH3, RH1, then the side Bb and the one above it (two of the three side keys, not the top one).
A: LH2, LH3, RH1, RH2, RH3
A#: same as before, but with high F key
B: just high F key
C: LH1, LH3, RH1, RH3
C#, i usually use just LH1
D: Front aux F, you can add LH1 if its too sharp
beyond that, just use lower fingerings and open your throat more to pop the higher ones, and for super high G just use the D fingering with the LH1. My record, the first time i have ever played a good horn was on the series 3 alto, i got upto the second altissimo C, C5.
btw, RH=right hand, LH=left hand, most will have the octave key. None of these notes will just play, especially G's. easiest to try is probably the A or C.
