If the recorder has a double hole for your right little finger, you uncover one of the two holes.

If the recorder has a single hole for the right little finger, you half cover the hole.

If the recorder has a double key for the right little finger, you move your finger from the normal key to the other key.

If your recorder has a single key for the right little finger, it is not possible to play this note.
Some tenor recorders had a double key for the right little finger.
