 PLease some one look at this...

I need help playin the Baritone sax, please check out what I wrote on the topic " Bari sax fingering chart" b/c it is on there, please I really need some advice...

Andrew, You are right about that second left thumb key being a low A key. I don't play Bari myself so I can't offer you any advice on embouchure.

I played bari sax for about a year in middle school jazz band. I'm not sure if you're moving to Bari from an soprano/alto/tenor, but if you are, your embouchure will be fairly different. Since that was quite a while ago, I didn't remember to much about it, but I talked with my senior friend who plays bari, and he says you should play like you have an apple in your mouth...don't pinch your lips around the mouthpiece like you would for a soprano, or sometimes an alto. Also, think low. If you blow too much air, sometimes the note will come out an octave higher than you meant to play it. Well, I hope I helped you out a bit!
