The Bass and Alto flute can go up as high as the regular flute but will sound different b/c the bass flute will sound an octave lower and the alto will sound a Major 3rd lower than the note writen.

There isn't really a limit to how high any instrument can go, but normal range for bass and alto flute is high A.(On top of the fourth ledger line in the treble clef) The alto will sound a perfect FOURTH below(because it is pitched in G) what is written(so then it will produce a high E(three ledger lines up)) and the bass will sound an octave below(aka the A on the first ledger line). For other reference, the regular concert flute has a regular range up to high C(on top of fifth ledger line). The C piccolo has the same range except one octave higher, and the Db piccolo can technically produce the same range but one octave and a semitone above that of a regular concert flute, however the range will tend to cut off at High Bb or B Natural.

Ok i was looking at my Music theory Papers and the Interval between a Alto Flute and a C flute hast to be a Diminished 4th. Because a Diminished Interval is Perfect - 1/2 step = Diminished Interval. An interval between C and E would be a Perfect 4th but the Eb makes it a Diminished 4th. Correct me if I am wrong because it has been a while since i have done intervals. But I am very sure it is a Diminished 4th.
