I was wondering if anyone could send me a pic of the cor anglais, or if they have one, a fingering chart.

Just go online to some instrument makers websites and get a picture from there. Here's a few I looked up right quick:

As for a fingering chart, just use the oboe chart on this site; it's the same for English horn (cor anglais, same thing).
