how do you hit a high G on a sax? not the three top keys with the register key, but the other high one. if someone could tell me i would be eternally grateful.

If you mean the one that is an octave higher than "three top keys plus register key", then you are talking about the "altissimo" range of the instrument. To play altissimo, you need two things: one is to change the shape of your mouth to make the notes come out and the other is a fingering suitable for your instrument. Not all fingerings work on all instruments.
In order to practise getting your mouth right, try the altissimo fingerings for high E and high F. These use the front f key: T f -23 | --- and T f -2- | ---. If you can get these to work, you can go on to other altissimo notes such as high G.
This site lists many different fingerings for this G, which is one of the lowest of the altissimo range. Try a few of them, until you find one that works for you.

High "G" is often a real bugbear for many players and on many saxophones. Having said that, here's a fairly standard fingering:
