there is a program called Sax Tutor and the Author is Martin Carter, you can download free. With this program I learned all the fingerings on the Alto Sax, so when I began my formal classes in music I already know the fingerings.

There is a much more modern peice of software now called ZanySaxophone. It doesn't need any download and works in a browser on most devices. At this moment it only has Major scales, however, more scales will be added during April 2021.
