Does anyone know of a trill/tremolo fingering for Bb to Db above the staff? Thanks.

Th xxo ooo + bottom RH side key

trill with the thumb and second finger of the left hand, the Db can be a little flat so trill quickly.
There's a good example of this trill in Bartok's Miraculous Mandarin.
