What is high G on tenor sax!

Hello,

I am an aspiring jazz soloist in my high school jazz band. We are playing this tune called "Soul Vaccination" by a funk group called Tower Of Power. Its a really great song. It originally had a vocal soloist throughout the whole song but the chords for the part solos were transposed into the tenor sax part. Well, at the end of the song, theres a 6 beat note on high f, which I already know [the 2 first keys + high note key, the thumb one, of the three keys for high d, e and f] but instead, there is a high g I can play instead. I would like to play that optional note. Does anyone know the fingerings for high g? Not the g where you press the three keys with the index, middle and ring finger + the thumb high note key, one octave higher. Your help if appreciated.

When i played sax, i used to play the high G 2 different ways. 1) The octave key, The high F key and the first second and third on the right hand. 2) Octave key 1-3/1-3.
hope that helps!
