 really high notes????

I heard a rumor... or actually saw it in a fingering chart that you can get higher than a 4th octave g on a soprano clarinet and have actually lipped up from a 4th octave c sharp to what I think is an a flat... anyone have any ideas on this???? If so do you know where i can find a fingering chart with those notes on it?
