 Flute-Third Octave B-flat to C trill

How do you do a third octave b-flat to c trill on flute comfortably? It's all over a piece of music I have to play for all state, and it's bugging me--I can't find a good way to do it! Please help--I need ta know by tomorrow, Sunday. Thanks--please don't post answers, email.

Use this finguring T 1 (Trill 2 and 3) G#|400 or (Trill T) 100|006 (C is optional)
