 c flat on a oboe

I play an oboe. And I can't find out how you finger a C flat on a oboe. I looked on my fingering chart and on the intenet and can't find out. HELP ME!

C flat is the same note as B. Also, E sharp is the same as F.

anyways those notes are called enharmonics..D# = Eb, Cb = B etc....
