Are there different fingerings for open hole oboes?

what exactly do you consider an open-hole oboe? The ring D key is open on professional models, but that's pretty much it. This allows for a better high D.

I think she means open hole as in a non-plateau key oboe where all of the main keys that you fingers normally rest over are rings instead of solid silver pieces, sorta like a clarinet. I do not believe the fingerings are much different for an open hole oboe; if you look at the fingering chart in Barret's book, it's actually the fingerings for an open hole oboe which is pictured there.

I have an open-hole oboe and the fingerings are the same. There are 4 open holes or rings. The only plateau keys are perferated like any other oboe (the E and B keys). Hope this gives some info on this uncommon keywork.
