 Tenor sax scale help.
Author: Elizabeth

I just started playing tenor sax 3 days ago and we have to play off the Ab scale by memory for a test grade. If you could tell me the notes I would be eternally grateful. Thank you.

since the tenor is a Bb instrument

at least thats what it is on Bb clarinet

Start on Ab (Which is G#) (fingering 123G# Left hand pinky key) Then Bb (12- and bottom Rhand Palm key) C (-2-) D (1st LHand Palm key) Eb (123/123D# pinky key + Register key) F (123/1-- + register key) G (123+ register Key) Ab same as first one but with register key)
