Ensembles for clarinet(s) and French horn, bassoon,... are very common, I've never heard of an ensemble for sax and oboe.
But if you really want, just take a piece for sax and soprano sax or clarinet if you can find one, and transpose it to play on the oboe, that should be possible!

Or you could compose your own piece. One that showcases both what the instruments are capable of. One which brings out their beauty and sound. I think the sax sound good with the clarinet. The oboe also sounds good with clarinet. Hehe. Clarinets ROCK!!

Anything is possible....as long as you want it.
Transposition will take a bit of work but will be quite worth it.

You'll most likely have to go the transposition route. If you do, remember to take into account the ranges to the instruments. Oboe & Soprano Sax have very similar ranges. The Clarinet range is much larger than the Oboe, so a direct transposition my not be possible. There will be passages that may need to be played up an octave. This may not always "fit" musically so be careful with that.

I still think composing your own piece would be ten times better - provided you have the time. Hehe.
Ok just for the fun of knowing: How many of you below the age of 20 frequently compose pieces for their friends and themselves to play?
