Some suggestions: Have your teacher, band director, or a repair person check your instrument. In the meantime, try another clarinet with your mouthpiece, and have someone test your clarinet.

If your instrument is fine, you may need to move up to a harder reed. What size and brand reed are you using now?

The solution may also be that you just need to allow yourself time to get good at producing those notes. Keep practicing and those high notes will sound as good and be as easy to play as the lower ones.

o.k. i know all about this problem since i just learned to fix it like 4 days ago thanx to ppls help on this site.i was so frustrated i was gonna give up clarinet..

the firsts step is you gotta do is develope a more curved embouchure. Curve your bottom lip over your teeth, and i'd suggest (but its not exactly neccesary) to do the same with your top lip.

the next thing is that you should apply just alittle less pressure on the reed. thats why i suggested to curve your top and bottom lip. just press your lip a little bit against the reed.

REMEMBER,
to always get the high notes out, dont try and apply extra pressure, just keep your bottom lip curved(and top if wanted) and just blow as much air as possible through the instrument and use the your air support

thats about the best that i can explain how i fixed the problem. sorry if its confusing, hope you understand...
GOODLUCK

Your top teeth should rest ON the mouthpiece. Don't curve your lips over your top teeth.
