 I need some methods about recorder

Hello every body.I live in iran.I play soperano and alto recorder.but here there is not enough books about these instruments.Other problem is that there isnt any credit card in iran so I cant buy lessons or books from music sites.I need some lessons for intermediate and advanced levels.please help me if you can.thanks
