 flute help!

I would like to improve my sound overall is their som type of warm. I am struggling with getting my upper register can anyone help?

well I can tell you to push you bottom lip inwards to help improve your higher notes.

Well, are you using the right embouchure. A lot of ppl using the smiling technique which tightens up your face muscles and makes your sound sorta squeek.

The corner of your lips should be turned down instead of up. For higher register, you can push your lower lip slightly outward. Don't try to tighten up your facial and lip muscles as this won't do any good.

Have a good support and use a faster air stream and make sure the air stream is directed upwards instead of downwards or forward.
