The Standard Bb Clarinet extends down to a low E, whereas the soprano sax(being in the same pitch) can only extend down to Bb. You cannot physically make the soprano sound lower, so basically you have two options, play the music an octave higher than written, or choose music that doesn't extend below low Bb. If it is solos you're looking for most music stores have a selection for the soprano. The soprano is also not used in regular concert bands, it is used more in advanced jazz bands.

You can also buy a book written for any saxophone, like the Rubank books. Or you could just play any music written for saxophone. It might not sound right if it is written for alto or bari, but the range for all of the saxes is the same (except for low A bari stuff) and it will give you some practice with the extremes of the instrument (high tenor stuff, low bari stuff, mid range alto stuff). Have fun with the soprano, its a lot of fun to play.
