If you're having trouble finding music for bass clarinet, look for tenor saxophone music. If you have trouble finding it for contrabass, look for bari sax music. The parts are either very much alike or exactly the same depending on your grade level. (I'm a sophomore clarinet player in the high school band and clarinet choir.) It's not easy to find exercise and lesson books for bass clarinet, as I have already found out. Most of the time if you want the books you have to read saxophone music. There are most likely some websites out there that can print concert music out for you. Unfortunately I don't know where you oculd find them. If you're looking for orchestral and not band music, however, you're not going to be very lucky.
This would be a good question to post on the clarinet board. From what I understand, the web address is
http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/BBoard/list.html?f=1

I play a BBb contrabass, so my suggestions will focus there. Before you do anything else, check out www.contrabass.com. Fantastic! There is more and more sheet music for the contra clarinets, as people discover the incredible rich sound and flexibility of these instruments. I bought a duet for the Piano and BBb Contra in my local music store ("Long, Long Ago"). Also, clarinet choir music now typically has parts for the contra. For military and concert band, if there's no contra clarinet part, try parts for contrabass or bass sax (both sadly rare), contrabassoon (rare), bassoon, BBb or EEb tuba, string bass, baritone sax, and bass clarinet.
