sorry, is there a Bb clarinet that goespast the low E

See my other answer. Yes there is a Bb clarinet that goes to low Eb, but not any lower than that. It is not simply a matter of adding an extra key. The clarinet has to be lengthened to get the extra low note. A Bb clarinet with the low Eb key will be as long as an A clarinet with no Eb key.

The low Eb key is useful because it means the Bb has all the same notes as a standard A clarinet. Some players prefer to play everything on the Bb rather than switching to their A in mid performance.

Most Italian Bb clarinets have an extra key for Eb (i.e. a semitone lower than low E. For a method written with this clarinet in mind, see Giuseppe Garbarino, Metodo per Clarinetto, Milan: Suvini Zerboni.
