Try http://www.windcraft.co.uk. They have a range of stuff for Yamaha clarinets and may have what you are looking for. You didn't mention a model so I could not check specifically, but they do have the model 34 and 34 II bells if that helps. Otherwise try contacting Yamaha themselves.

go to a music store or get onto the yamaha.com/band website and send them an email. It might not be free but they hould be able to replace it!
