Is it a good idea to go from the flute to the bassoon?

I am a flute player. And I am also trying to go to basson. Would you possibly have the fingerings for a basson?

I started on the flute and then went to the bassoon for orchestra, and I retained the flute as my marching instrument. I would indeed reccomend the progression to anyone. Study the bassoon as the "serious" instrument, and keep a little in practice on the flute as a "funtime" tootler. I also feel that I benefited from knowing both the treble clef, as learned for the flute, and the bass clef s used with the bassoon.
