 Flute Altissimo

I am curious to find if there are any fingerings for flute in the range past G4. I am a fairly avid jazz flautist, who is always looking for a higher note.

I am also very interested in this! Did you know that louie armstrong was so talented he could play 2 notes higher on the trumpet thatn anyone else thought physically possible? He did this by tightening his lips to an insane point, after years of practice (of course). I think it may be possible for flute, but if you don't find any fingerings, I'd try experimenting with the b-gizmo and your airstream. Bgizmo key helps to get some of thos high notes out easily.

To my knowledge , the only way to play above G4 is by using whistle tones. But never give up!!!!
