well you can immediately tell if a clarinet is professional..because most professional clarinets are made of grenadilla wood.. so that is one way that you can tell.

What other materials are the Evette clarinets made of. Could you describe this Grenadilla wood to me please.

Chances are, if it is made of plastic it is a beginner level instrument.
