 4 holed ocarina with 2 thumb holes

I need a finger chart for my daughters ocarina and some simple music for her. Can anyone help please.

I have one myself and am looking for what I can find online. So far I have found this http://ocarinatime.com click on the scales link. They also give advice on playing the ocarina.

All the notes sound the same... can you send us a normal working fingering chart!!
