What are the following fingerings...?
High (above the staff) A flat?
High (above the staff) C sharp?
High (above the staff) C flat?
High (above the staff) D natural?
High (above the staff) D sharp?
On the staff B flat?
On the staff D sharp?

Hey, I really need some help with the altisimo fingerings. Symphonoc Band is starting soon and it would really come in handy. Right now the only Altisimo note I know is G.
right hand: 1 and 3
left hand: 1 and 3
B flat side key
Octave key

When you play this note, it doesn't come out, :p. You have to put the mouthpiece almost down your throat to get it to come out. Just bite down on the mouth piece and blow your guts out! Still looking for F#, G#-D Altisimo. see ya guys later!
