 what instrument?  but in general, high notes are vibrations that are very fast.  so a tighter embouchure, higher air speed, and practise can help.  and a good fingereing chart, like the ones found here.  hope this helps.

 If your a flute, it requires a very tight embochure and can be hard to get at first. Above G is when it gets tricky. For clarinet and saxophone, same deal with tightening but you have to be sure to support with air and not put all your pressure in such a way that it squeeks. Remember not to 'bite' or your pitch will go off a lot.
