Does anyone know of a college in California that has a good music department? My goal is to go into music education and continue on with my clarinet playing as well. I would prefer one with a marching program.

Have you looked into Berklee? I know that there is a pretty good music school out here in Boston, however, I dunno if they have anything that you may be interested in the one out there. You may want to look into it!
I am still in the process of applying to Mansfield University. I don't know if you have heard of it or not, but they have a marching program and everything. The only thing is that it is in PA.
