what is the correct way for the reed instrument embouchure?
will it leave a mark on the inner side of the lower chin ?

It's difficult to explain the correct embochure in english for me... you have to place your upper teeth on the mouthpiece but not the lower theet. So yes, you will have a little mark but it's not so evident!
I have 2 signs (up and down) because I play a double reed instrument!

its not that bad though, the worst is inside ur lower lip. it gets torn up alot but u play for a while your body adjusts
do what ember said and keep a tight feeling between your jaw and mouth muscles. point your chin.

If you use something like lip ease, you will not cut up your lower lip. WHen I try to play high notes on my clarinet (where the embouchure is tightest) it hurts if I don't have lip ease on, but I never have any discomfort with it.

yeah u put ur teeth on the top and ur lip over ur bottom teeth. with my clairinet i scratched dips in the mouth piece and i felt like i was killing it. so to help prevent that buy one of those squishy pads to stick onto the mouth piece, those also prevent ur head from vibrating with the intrument and making it impossible to read the music

One of my teachers uses a shammy (the thing you use to dry your car found almost all places with car cleaning products)
that he cuts into a small piece and he places it over his bottom teeth to give him a very dark tone and it stops his teeth from cutting his lip.
