 Question about a previous post

I know this is technically not a woodwind question, but I found this piece of imformation on this forum a while ago. Someone said that it is a fact that women make better harpists than men. I don't understand this. How can your gender influence how well you play the harp?

I hadn't ever heard this, but maybe it's because usually women have smaller hands, therefore smaller fingers, and they can pluck the strings more efficiently? I don't know...good question!
