Ok...Does anyone know where I can get a fingering chart for an Eb CONTRA Alto Clarinet? I have tried all of the local music stores and they haven't been able to find me one, nor has my band teacher. And does the contra alto really have the same fingerings as the Bb soprano? Is it the same? I have an Eb alto clarinet fingering chart, but I don't know if it is the same. Please respond!

all clarinets have the same fingerings except the very very low and the very high. you can try online auctions for possible findings. you could order one straight from the manufacturer, i beleive Selmer still produces them. but that is an expensive route. you might want to try major city music dealers in your state/province. they might know of one kicking around somewhere. hope this helps.

To make a minor clarification of Theboy's answer:
All clarinets have the same fingerings, except for the very low and very high notes.
You'll probably find five keys for the right little finger instead of four, and a few keys operated by the right thumb. These are for the very low notes. It will be easy to figure out which is which. The fingering chart here on wfg for low clarinets will work for all the rest.

The high notes may be of concern. The rest are the same as the alto clarinet. Since CA clarinets mostly don't have the vented first finger LH key, it is harder to play the notes above high C. As I recall, I would probably use the harmonic fingerings for some of those high notes. In this, C# would be the same as second space F# with the register key added and D would be the same as second space G with the register key added. You rarely need the high notes on a contra instrument although I recall testing the instrument in my closet up an octave above high C.
