Does anyone know the title of this cha-cha (see attachment - it's in Concert Pitch)?
With the unison glisses in the sax parts I thought it was probably Billy May and I don't think it's Perez Prado as it's too 'clean' (but I'm willing to be proved wrong), but that hasn't shed any light on it. The pauses are three beats long and the cha-cha rhythm kicks in after the pauses (plenty of cowbell in this).

Well, I could be wrong but it looks like a sax part for an arrangement of "Cherry Pink". Not all of the melody of the tune is there.

Definitely not 'Cherry Pink...' as I've played that on many an occasion - this is a bit 'emptier' than 'Cherry Pink...'. There's plenty of overlapping high trumpets later on in this tune too.
Just searching/listening through big band cha-chas online and wondering, could it be something performed by Enoch Light?
