It's a Wonderful Life, the musical
Author: oboesax

For those of you who have played this musical I've got a question about how the Reed parts break down. From Bret Pimental's site:

Wonderful Life, A

1: Piccolo, flute, clarinet, soprano saxophone, alto saxophone
2: Piccolo, flute, clarinet, tenor saxophone
3: Flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, baritone saxophone

On Reed 1, how much Piccolo/flute is there compared to clarinet, soprano and alto? If you had to split the Reed 1 part between a flute-only player and yourself, would you do it (for free?). My daughter likes playing the musicals for a local school, but wants to be busy playing.

Same question regarding Reeds 2 and 3. Thanks.
