"Jazziest" is a relative term....but IMHO, here's the ones I know about:

 42nd street
 Thoroughly Modern Millie
 Swing!
 City of Angels

I'm sure there will be other reponses.

 Ron
Selmer Mark VI tenor (1957), Selmer Mark VII alto (1975)
Buescher True Tone soprano (1924), Selmer CL210 Bb Clarinet, Gemeinhardt 3SHB Flute, Pearl PFP105 Piccolo

If by "jazz" you mean the big-band sound, Guys and Dolls is notable.

Yes, I did mean musicals with big-band sound, such as Thoroughly modern Millie.

Other shows I've done that have a full sax section and at least a few big-band stylings would include:

 Bye Bye, Birdie
 West Side Story
 Over Here
 Pajama Game
 Bells Are Ringing
 1940s Radio Hour
 Li’l Abner
 Hello, Dolly!
 Crazy for You

Over Here is a particularly fine score, as the show takes place during WW II. The band recreates the original big-band sound of the era with original music that sounds like it was written then. And Crazy for You is basically a Gershwin revue with new added tunes.

I'm no jazz expert, but what about Gypsy? Seemed to have jazzy stuff (no book for me!) and screaming trumpet parts.
