 Vibrato Or No Vibrato?
Author: Chris P

what do you think?

I reckon horns sound best when played with no vibrato (as I do with clarinets).

But it depends on how good the player is, or how well they can do vibrato.

Chris.

I think horns sound best without vibrato.

Everytime I watch Monty Python's Holy Grail and hear those fine sounding horn parts, I search the auction sites for a 'fixer upper'.
