445 is very close to 440. And if she isn't playing with someone it doesn't matter. I believe most flutes are designed to be sharp. so you can flatten them to get the correct pitch. Pull the flute head out a bit and see where you end up.

And the germeinhardt pads can often last for years. Don't repad unless you are absolutely sure it is leaking.
