I have been played the flute for about a year now. I found a song that I like to play along. It is the theme song from the movie "Games of Thrones" I can read the notes but just need help to insure that I am reading the notes correctly. Please view attachment.
It starts with G then C am I right?

Yes, the first two notes are G and then C. The lowest note in that song is a low A# (Bb) and your flute will not be able to play that - be sure to play an octave higher.
