How many repeats do you take on Barret No. 11?

I am aware that when you have a D.C. al Fine in a piece, you can decide whether you want to repeat any earlier repeats, or just go directly to the Fine. So, does the oboe world have a standard for this? Is it customary to do it one way or another way?

If you take all the repeats, it goes like this:

A, A
B, B
C, C
D, D
A, A
B, B

Is that how everybody does it?

Also, as long as we're in here talking about Barret, how do you play a slur and staccato at the same time? This has baffled me for months. On No. 6, at measure 26 in the new Schuring edition, it shows those last four eighth notes with staccato dots, but there's also a slur over them. So....ummmm...

And ALSO, on the 12 Articulation Exercises at the beginning (again, in the new Schuring edition), some of the notes have what looks like a teeny KOA logo above them. Now, obviously Kampgrounds Of America aren't advertising in an oboe exercise book, so what ARE those little tents with dots in them above some of the upper staff notes? And they're upside-down under some of the lower notes, too, but then they don't look like little tents...
