Use the harmonic top Bb (8ve2 xxx|xxxEb) as and where you can (it is a bit sharp too), but harmonic top B might kick a bit (8ve2 xxx|xxo) as it's really pushing the top 8ve vent to it's limits (and the 8ve vents on cors are not where they ought to be - another thing that could be improved on cors, though it will mean a shorter crook and longer top joint).
For the altissimo C#, add the low C or C# key to see if this flattens it.
