I am looking for a heavy(-ier) duty triple oboe stand (for oboe, d'amore, and cor).
Any recommendations?

Perhaps if you know someone handy at wood turning, they could custom make one for you. That is the route I would try, otherwise perhaps Udo at Reeds 'n Stuff may be able to help.

You can always adapt an existing K&M double stand by adding an extra oboe peg to the middle and fitting a spacer over it so you can use it for oboe d'amore.

Not sure why you'd need a triple stand..the EH peg should work just fine with an OdA.

Practicality. If you're using all three instruments in the one setting, then why wouldn't you want to use a triple stand?
And no, a cor anglais peg WON'T work just fine with an oboe d'amore - hence the spacer.

Forreests Music in California has their own pegs that fit all three instruments, Oboe, Ob d Amore and english horn the only thing you need to do is slide a rubber spacer on top so the EH does not wobble. You can use a Konig & Meyer stand base and set one peg in the center like Chris said. I have this setup and works fine. Otherwise you can drill extra holes on the cross bars.

FYI, I ended up buying the Forrests stand.
I do shows and I try to have a sturdy stand for each and every instrument to avoid having to do any gymnastics when changing horns.
