Per the table from Lars Kirmser (Musictrader.com)

The series AV or AY would be 1950's 1960's. If you correlate the lady's dates you may get closer.
Also, Peter Hurd at Oboes.us seems to be very knowledgeable. He sometimes contributes to these boards. Would be worth asking him.
